We have nothing but amazing things to say about our wedding DJ, Jeff! He was so easy to work with, from our initial meeting to our final meeting, communication was always on point. He had worked at our venue, Ashley Farm, many times before so we never had to worry about logistics during set up and the transition to cocktail hour and reception. Our guests had the best time during our reception and so did my husband and I! Jeff took into account our must play list and guest requests and created the best atmosphere to dance and sing along too! He was able to accommodate our wide range of music taste.. from lady gaga to rage against the machine and everything in between. What we especially love is we could all really tell that he loves what he does, it's truly his passion, not just a job! Thank you Jeff!

Jeff did an immaculate job DJing our wedding on August 22nd at the Sandwich Fairgrounds! From start to finish, he was absolutely amazing. He kept the dance floor alive all night and played such a great mix of music that had everyone up and dancing. He really helped make our wedding so much fun and memorable. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was having a great time, and he absolutely delivered! We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our special day. In 2024, Jeff was the DJ for our friends' wedding, and from that day on, we knew that when it was our turn to get married, he was the only choice! Jeff is incredibly easy to work with, organized, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It's obvious he's passionate about what he does, and that passion shines through in every part of the event. Not only is he an amazing DJ who keeps the energy up, but he also worked with our venue to help coordinate the day and ensure everything ran seamlessly. Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be, and it's a day we'll always wish we could relive. Jeff played a huge role in making our wedding one of the best days of our lives! He went above and beyond to make sure our day went off without a hitch. He made sure all of the important songs we requested were played and really took his time to make sure all of our guests felt welcome, which resulted in the dance floor being packed the entire night. We received so many compliments on our DJ selection from so many of our guests. 10/10 service! Cannot recommend more :)
Jeff did an outstanding job as our wedding DJ. My wife and I, like many couples, coordinated and planned our wedding ourselves. Having a dependable vendor that we could rely on responding promptly and working with our schedule for planning calls, etc. is much more important than we thought. Jeff is a prime example of a DJ / vendor you can rely on. Jeff was easily reachable and communicative for multiple planning calls, provided an excellent service day-of the ceremony and reception, had simple and reasonable pricing packages, and assisted so much with the flow of events. Highly recommended!
Jeff was absolutely amazing! We could not ask for a better DJ for our wedding on June 13, 2026. From the planning process to the last song of the night, everything was perfect. He was friendly, professional, and very accommodating to everything my husband and I needed. He has a fantastic personality and kept everything running smoothly. My husband and I had the best time working with Jeff! He was absolutely fantastic and patient with us while we planned for the wedding. He was very helpful with the timeline and giving suggestions for songs for introductions. My husband and I were very last minute, but Jeff was calm and helped me feel at ease during the planning process. He was adaptable during the day of the wedding as well. All our guests had so much fun dancing and they also complimented us on our DJ pick! Overall, Jeff is an amazing and experienced DJ who is great to work with during the entire planning period and wedding day. We highly recommend Jeff as a DJ and we’d pick him all over again any day!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Boulder Terrace Sound and DJ Jeff. From the moment we started planning, he was completely on board with whatever our vision looked like. He was so excited and happy for us throughout the entire process. From the moment we inquired about him through Zola to the day of the wedding, Jeff was so easy to get in touch with and so helpful. He made sure that we were on the same page to ensure our day went smoothly. When the day arrived, Jeff was so helpful in explaining everything and getting our approval for timelines. He made sure to introduce himself to each of our guests during dinner, which made everyone feel comfortable. When the dance floor opened, I've never seen my friends and family smile, belt songs, and dance harder than they did. Each song was fit perfectly into the night. He was so great at taking our requests and guest requests and fitting them seamlessly into the night. From nostalgic to head-banging songs to the incredible laser/light show, I was getting compliments all night about how amazing Jeff was. Not only did he give us the greatest night of our lives, but he genuinely looked like he was having the best night of his too. Everyone deserves a DJ as thoughtful, caring, and excited for his clients like Jeff. We can't ever thank him enough.

It was a no-brainer to use him after we met! He was truly conscious of our needs and desires, working seamlessly with our venue and other vendors to create an elegant and classy reception. Jeff always put our wishes first, going above and beyond to keep us informed and ensure our guests were comfortable and having fun. He even worked with some Spotify playlists we made during cocktail hour and dinner so the bride could play fantasy and movie soundtracks! Ideal ambience achieved! Just married on 11/7/25 and my husband and I can't say enough about working with Jeff as our DJ. We are super procrastinators and Jeff was awesome about following up with us and guiding the flow of our reception. Loved how he gets all guests involved with song requests to make it a fun time for everyone. We had about 120 guests and I'm pretty sure everyone got up and danced with us. My husband and I were on the dance floor for hours without stopping because the music, the lights Jeff provides, and the vibes were soo good. We can't thank him enough for being a highlight of our wedding and making it a night we and our guests will never forget!

OMG words cannot explain the way Jeff made our wedding night our dream come true. From being there for us for every need, for never making us feel like a burden with our many, many questions, to being the one to hug us at the end of the night. Jeff has a way of making everyone feel like family and bringing everyone together not just thru his music but thru his love for what he does. From the start I loved his attention to detail, to his minute by minute timeline, to figuring out any hiccups that might have come our way. The best DJ ever!!!! We had Jeff DJ our wedding and he was absolutely amazing!!! So professional, fun energy and the music was perfect!!! Jeff was our DJ for our wedding this past weekend. He was a crucial part of our whole night keeping everything on track and on time. JEFF IS THE BEST! Seriously look no further. We were recommended to him by a friend who had raving reviews and now we totally understand why. We hired Boulder Terrace Sound (Jeff Doyle) for our wedding on August 2 of this year and he was nothing short of AMAZING!!! He has a phenomenal personality and made our wedding a masterpiece! He worked with us every step of the way and made sure that we had all the information we needed to come up with a music plan for our festivities. He kept the background music low during dinner and played a nice selection of soft songs and then he lit everything up like a disco club for the reception. He is organized, trustworthy, thorough, conscientious, and all about making sure the soundtrack of your wedding is a spectacular one. I cannot possibly say enough wonderful things about Jeff. If you don't hire him for your DJ needs, you are making a HUGE mistake. My sister is getting married next June and tried to hire him for her wedding but he was already booked for her date. I don't know if anyone else is going to be able to live up to the expectations we have for music after hiring BTSound. We are definitely going to have to hire him again for a party of some type because we enjoyed not only his abilities to set the musical tone but also who he is as a human being! Jeff always responded to my emails in a timely manner and even offered to call to make sure we were all on the same page. I really liked how Jeff allowed us to make a playlist for cocktail hour and dinner as well as providing a must play and do not playlist. Good music was something that was very important to me on my wedding and Jeff did not disappoint. The dance floor was packed all night long and Jeff even took requests from guests. People kept telling us after the wedding that they have never been to a wedding where that many people were dancing all night long. The lighting he provided on the dance floor just brought everything to the next level. We also booked the Photo Booth with him, which was a hit with our quests. Highly recommend boulder Terrance sound for your wedding if you love to dance and want your guests to have an amazing time.

From the start of meeting Jeff, we knew we were in great hands. He is a fun personable person who is organized and helped us stay on track throughout the whole process. We gave him an odd task of mixing Cambodian and disco music and he absolutely nailed it! Everyone was raving about the music and how they could not get off the dance floor. Jeff is by far one of the best DJs! My friend hired him for her 30th birthday party and he did not disappoint. He played a variety of songs and also took requests. His remixes and transitions were on point! He really got the party going. Will absolutely recommend him to everyone I know!

You made our day that much more amazing because of who you are as a person but our night wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without your mad DJ skills and just mastery of the overall entertainment you produced!!! Just end all your search and book Jeff right the F now. This guy was a true gem and worth every penny! People on the dancefloor every song. Hell my Wife and I did karaoke at the end of the night haha. He was great to get started with and so easy to work with. Jeff was literally the best DJ ive ever experienced at a wedding and it was my own. His system was pounding the hall and making everyone feel the music. Could not say enough awesome things about Jeff. He was amazing and super down to earth while still professional. He had amazing equipment as well on top of it - he did our ceremony and reception. He listened to every specific cue I had, specific times to start songs, when to stop them, multiple songs for intros, etc. I truly believe a DJ makes her break a wedding, and there was not a moment in time that we didn’t have people on the Dance floor. He even went out there himself to get us started in the YMCA dance, with his awesome hat Props! I have been to some weddings that were not enjoyable solely because the DJ did not play the right music - But Jeff absolutely killed it. Every single person stated our DJ was awesome and the music was great all night long. He also made us feel comfortable that he was working for US, and not anybody else or guest at the wedding. I would recommend him every time to anyone! Thanks Jeff for making one of the most important aspects of our wedding perfect!!
I am so happy we booked Jeff for our 10/5/24 wedding! His energy is contagious and he knows how to read the crowd to keep the party going! We hired Jeff for our wedding and from the start he was amazing!! He was so organized with the planning process and made sure to let us know he was there for whatever questions we might’ve had. Come the day of the wedding.. he KILLED IT! There was never a time where the dance floor wasn’t packed and he did so good at making himself apart of our day rather than just another person there. Even when things got behind schedule he still managed to keep things going and kept us calm through the day! Not only were they extremely reasonably priced, but he came with excellence to every piece of the day. All of his equipment looked better than the photos he showed us. I highly recommend Jeff, he will go above and beyond to make sure all your songs are correct and that your reception is awesome! He is very organized, a good communicator, and my guests loved him! We wanted more rock/heavy metal music in the last hour of our reception and he did a great job with that, I can't tell you how many guests talked about how great the music/DJ was!!
Best in the Business! We could not have asked for a more amazing person to DJ our wedding than Jeff. He is professional, knows what he's doing, and great to work with / easy to reach. From the beginning at our first meeting, he walked us through the process, discussed ideas, and overall made us feel confident that our wedding-DJ needs would be met. Not only did Jeff deliver on this, but he also aided us in developing the wedding schedule, offered very helpful advice with our other vendors, and helped facilitate smooth operations on the wedding day. For example, during our outdoor ceremony at an arboretum, a visitor's kids nearby were excited and playing, there were many screams; Jeff went over to them and kindly asked them to quiet down, which allowed our guests to hear our officiant and without distraction. Needless to say, Jeff has fair pricing and his services are absolutely worth the value. We 100% recommend and will definitely hire him again should the occasion arise!

If we could rate higher than 5 stars, we would. Jeff was a top level DJ for our wedding on 10/28. My husband found him searching on google, and when he reached out, Jeff was excited to meet with us to discuss his process. I loved being able to have that first talk in person. We got to know Jeff & his style, and he was on top of all of the details. He is very organized and responsive. His personality is outgoing and friendly, and that carried all the way through until after the wedding. When it was time to review final details, Jeff didn't miss a beat and accommodated all of our requests. In fact, he went above and beyond our expectations and threw a killer dance party at our wedding, was a fun MC, and did a beautiful job for our ceremony as well. He was professional, made himself known to all of our guests, and took their requests while respecting our "do not play" list. The lights and lasers were awesome and fun. Our guests loved him and we really loved his mixing! We couldn't have asked for a better DJ. I wish I could have another wedding just to have him throw another dance party! Big ups to DJ JEFF!! We also did the photo booth, and that was awesome. The props and the equipment were professional and the quality of the prints and digital photos were great! I have to say, my wedding wouldn't have been what it was without Jeff. BTW - if you like EDM like we do, he will not disappoint you. It was a BOP and he KILLED IT!

My Husband Alex and I got married October 21st 2023 at Acquaviva Winery in Maple Park IL. I can't recommend Jeff enough. He was amazing to work with from the first meeting with him. I would have been lost without him and his planning packet. He kept up communication with me in the months leading up to the wedding, checking in and to let me know when he would be reaching out to review things. At the wedding he worked closely with our other vendors to help make sure things were on track and just kept the whole evening flowing smoothly. He reached out to me in the days leading up to the wedding and made sure he knew how to pronounce everyones' names for the introductions and went over them again with everyone as we were lining up. Words cannot describe what an AMAZING DJ Jeff is and was for our event (including both the wedding ceremony and reception)! He was so thoughtful in the planning (made the planning process so easy) and collaboration with us prior to our wedding and was such a positive presence for our special day. Not only was he an exceptional DJ for our wedding in August 2023, he also helped plan the flow of the night, was a super star MC and ensured the timing of speeches and all activities flowed smoothly. Even though some speeches went a little longer than anticipated, he was able to get the evening back on schedule and was not flustered at all, which helped keep us relaxed. He had such patience with us, as we had a large gap between the ceremony and reception and he was so friendly about it and made the entire day so perfect. He was so easy to work with and friendly to talk to through the whole process and the day of the wedding that he made us feel so at ease and relaxed. We had some odd requests for songs (with the bride being a big Disney fan), but he was able to find all the songs we asked for with no judgment. He was so enthusiastic and up beat for all of the introductions at the reception and are moments we will never forget, especially when being introduced as Mr. and Mrs. Brown for the first time. He helped get the bridal party and groomsman in line before the introductions so everyone was aware of what would be happening, which was helpful! He provided a Photo Booth for guests, which they had so much fun in and send all the photos to us via email so we were able to have the photos since guests took 2 strips of the photos from the photo booth. He stayed in the back during the ceremony, as not to be in the way of photos during the ceremony, and the music during the ceremony all played beautifully, clearly, and perfectly on time as discussed in our timeline. Additionally, the microphones he provided for the Rabbi and Bride/Groom when sharing vows were great quality and very clear for guests to hear. We had most of the guests on the dance floor the whole night and there wasn't a point in the night the dance floor was empty except when the party was over and nobody wanted to leave because they were having so much fun! We had so many compliments from guests and they mentioned Jeff was the best DJ they have ever seen and the music was fantastic. The best part about it was that he really read our crowd. We had an absolute blast! We feel so lucky that he was our DJ and highly recommended for your wedding or event. We have found our DJ for any future events that come our way. We wish we could do it all over every weekend!! Thank you again so much, Jeff for being the best DJ, MC, and person ever :)

Jeff was incredible. Obviously having never planned a wedding before we had no idea what expectations were or how to go about anything - he was more than a DJ. He helped coordinate times with us and even talked with me just an hour prior to the wedding so I could add additional songs as we had multiple kids walking down and I wanted to make sure we had enough time. He worked with our venue and communicated all information he had to make sure we had it all too. Jeff was very friendly at our wedding. My wife and I had a very small wedding and I had a fear that it would not be very lively. Jeff put that fear away and everyone was raving how great and friendly he is. He Became like part of the family that night. He visited every table to talk and get to know everyone. But his preparation and knowledge of his craft is second to none. I wanted to have a dance with my grandma and asked Jeff what song he was thinking within 2 seconds he gave the most perfect song suggestion that left my grandma crying. He took care of anything we needed even if it wasn’t music related. He made sure the night went perfect for my wife which made it perfect for me. When we first meet Jeff we were impressed with how organized he is with the wedding process at no point where we confused or left in the dark and if we had any questions he would get back to us within 24 hours.

If you are looking for a DJ...look no further...YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED ..Due to COVID, we had to postpone our wedding 3 times (and also find 3 different DJs). Thankfully, the last DJ was JEFF!! From our first phone call, to our first meet, JEFF was very friendly and SUPER energetic! We only met for about an hour and had a couple of phone calls and he literally played OUR DREAM music. We had to cut our guest list down to 50 people due to Covid so we were worried about the dance area looking empty. Jeff was amazing and had at least half to most of our guests on the dance floor all night! The next day people were raving about how much fun he was and how awesome it is that he took requests so many people got to hear a song that for sure got them on the dance floor. Jeff was our wedding DJ on 8.16.19 and everything was AMAZING! He was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, he was available all the time to answer questions. I am very type A, and like to have every little detail planned out and perfect, and with my constant questions he never once made me feel like I was annoying him! He explained everything to us very clearly and he even had a planning packet for us which I absolutely loved and it made the planning process easy. Our garter song was “American Woman” and one of our requests for him was to do a voice over to say “Canadian” instead since I am a Canadian and Jeff was totally on board with it and people loved that he switched up the song! Jeff was there for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Jeff arrived early to have plenty of time to set up all areas he was going to need to have equipment at. One of my concerns was that The events of our wedding were back to back and I didn’t want to have a huge lag in entertainment for our guests, so Jeff did a tour of the venue so he could get an up close and personal visual layout of our venue so that he could be super prepared with a game plan before being there! On the wedding day, he arrived early and was extremely organized and didn’t skip a beat throughout the entire day. During dinner Jeff was able to go around and introduce himself to all our guests so they knew they could make music requests with him during the reception (this is something I have personally never seen a DJ do at a wedding and I thought was just a really nice personal touch). He was very respectful of our do not play list! During the reception, he kept the party GOING! Everybody had a blast, and danced all night. His booth set up looked great and the party lighting made the fun atmosphere we wanted real come together. I would recommend Jeff to any bride that asks my opinion or to anyone looking for a DJ for any event. He truly had a huge part in making our day perfect.

Meeting with Jeff- we knew we would love to have him DJ our wedding. He was even better than we expected. So many people pulled me aside and told me how nice he was and how they enjoyed him playing music and the lights! So we were originally going to have a friend do our music for our wedding June 7th, but it fell through. We got connected with Jeff through another vendor last minute(meaning like 2 weeks before the wedding). Jeff was fantastic! I was so lost with how to even go about our music, and he was so professional with his expertise and suggestions! He was very accommodating to our music selections(we had country, to rat pack, to Hindi) And his mixing skills were seamless! Everything flowed so perfectly! He kept The flow going throughout the entire reception, even though we had a small group it didn't feel like it. We are so thankful we got connected with Jeff, the music made the night! Jeff Dj'd our wedding May 25 and if it wasn't for him, our whole wedding would have been off track!! He was punctual, helped with keeping things run smoothly (even checked the weather radars constantly for us) and kept everyone on the dance floor all night!!! Was amazing to work with!!! My wife met Jeff at a bridal expo and initial impressions were very good. She shared his flyer with me and we gave him a call to hold an initial consultation. We had a special request that our DJ would need to fulfill. We wanted a Disney World-themed wedding and were planning on creating a special reception entrance for the bridal party that would involve music, a light show and exact timing of announcing bridal party names. He offered to come to our house to meet us and see our vision for the light show. I showed him the early version (we supplied our own lights for our entrance). Around a month before our wedding Jeff reached out to see how things were going and asked if we had any questions. We provided him with the final details of our song selections for the ceremony, first dance, must play songs, etc. and our Disney show. He called us back to confirm all the details which we were very appreciative of. On the wedding day, Jeff showed the highest level of professionalism between himself and his equipment. He ensured the ceremony went without a hitch and even made sure the right song was played during personal vows when our final program order was different from what he had given him. Jeff was on top of it! When it came time to prepare for our light show, he did everything like we asked such as starting the song and making all bridal party announcements on cue! This little 6 minute show meant the world to us and he knew it, and he made it his priority! During cocktail hour Jeff went around to the different tables and introduced himself to our guests and let them know they could request songs during the night. I have never seen a DJ do that at a wedding before. We were both very impressed. Music selection, guest involvement and fulfilling song requests were all things Jeff did very well. His lights and lasers were also very impressive and defiantly helped keep the guests dancing all night.
My husband and I got married on St. Patrick's Day 2018. Unfortunately our wedding planning was anything but normal as I was diagnosed with advanced stage cancer six months prior. Eight weeks before the wedding, I had brain surgery. To say the least, my once very organized and prompt self had disappeared. Jeff was beyond understanding and patient with me. The wedding ceremony plans changed a week before the wedding and he changed his agenda for the night just as easily. Our bridal party had quite a few fun names to pronounce too. Jeff made it a point to call me to make sure he was saying them correctly. He is also the first DJ I have met that has a complete itinerary to fill out for your day, including songs, dances, speeches, and times for each. He is not only a DJ, he is also the emcee and makes sure you stay on time with your night. Plus he has a dancing gopher! We had so many compliments about how great Jeff was with our group. Everyone loved the ongoing song battles for the night as well, including Ohio State vs. Michigan and John Deere vs. International Harvester. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ to help us celebrate the night. I strongly recommend Jeff as a DJ for any event, especially weddings. Thanks Jeff!
Jeff was our wedding DJ on 1/20/18 and everything was PERFECT! He was there for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Jeff arrived early to have plenty of time to set up all areas he was going to need to have equipment. It was nice having the peace of mind knowing he was already there and ready to go while we finished pre ceremony preparation. One of my biggest concerns for the ceremony was people using their phones. Jeff made sure to take the time to make an announcement for us a couple different times to curb this issue. During cocktail hour (we were told since we were busy doing pictures!) Jeff was able to go around and introduce himself for our guests to know he was approachable with requests during the reception. He was able to put together the perfect dinner hour music from our requests that we really enjoyed. During the reception, he kept the party GOING! Everybody had SOOOO much fun that nobody wanted it to end. His booth set up looked great and I think what I liked most about it is that he has party lighting, but it is not overly used to where you just feel blinded all night long dancing. I would recommend Jeff to any bride that asks my opinion. He truly had a huge part in making our day perfect.

If it weren't for Jeff, my wedding would've had a lot more issues. He was so wonderful working with me and my venue and when my day of coordinator bailed last minute he just smiled and reassured me that we got this. People were dancing every second of the party and he was great with everything- the timeline got changed on him last second a few times and he was just "we got this"! DJ Jeff is hands down the best DJ we have ever heard. He also got the guest cheering and chanting throughout the night. DJ Jeff isn't just an amazing DJ, but an all around awesome guy. One of my bridesmaids realized that she lost the stone in her grandmothers ring at the end of the night and we started a search party around the room to find it. DJ joined right in and he actually found it! After the stone was returned we started a chant of "DJ JEFF! DJ JEFF!" Friends of ours who are not even engaged yet grabbed his card and said they will definitely be using him for their weddings. Awesome DJ!

The music selection was great, people were on the dance floor all night...the only reason people missed dancing was because they needed some water! :-) It was the best we could have asked for!!!! All of the business we conducted with Jeff prior went smoothly and he was always quick with a response to e-mail or a phone call.

We loved how he greeted all of our guests and asked for their input on song choices to be played throughout the night.
